KARACHI: Gold price on Friday was tagged for Rs97600 per tola, down by Rs100 in the local market, traders said.

The yellow metal was available for Rs83, 676 per 10 grams in the local market, down by Rs86 and $1706 an ounce in the world market. Silver was selling for Rs1050 per tola, Rs900.20 per 10 grams and $17.64 an ounce, traders added.
