National Bank of Pakistan will continue contributing its revolutionary efforts in promoting sports especially boxing in Lyari for pulling up its pugilists to surmount the peak of world boxing. These hopes were expressed by Muhammad Hussain Qambrani, President Pak Shaheen Boxing Club, on successfully organising NBP Cup Quaid-e-Millat Boxing Tournament by National Bank of Pakistan in collaboration with Sindh Boxing Association.
The event was held in Ali Muhammad Qambrani Boxing Arena at Kakri Ground, Lyari and is being deemed to be one of the qualifying rounds for the formation of Sindh Boxing Team to participate in National Boxing Championship scheduled to be held in November 2015 at Benazir Bhutto Sports Complex, KPT Ground, Karachi.
Speaking during the concluding ceremony top ranked officials of NBP, Owais Asad Khan, Sameer Shaikh and Ghulam Muhammad Khan have also endorsed that the National Bank of Pakistan will honor its words of commitment for promoting sports throughout Pakistan especially boxing in Lyari.
Key members of management committee, Asghar Baloch and Abid Brohi of Sindh Boxing Association accompanying with the designated persons of Karachi South Boxing Association, Rasool Bukhsh Baloch, Muhammad Hussain Qambrani and Abdul Razaque Baloch as well as Younus Qambrani of Pak Shaheen Boxing Club were also present along with many other highly valued guests and the legend boxing personalities.-PR
