KARACHI: SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited has decided to withdraw its existing initial public offering (IPO) application and submit a fresh application after incorporating additional disclosures into its prospectus, the company said on Tuesday.

According to the company’s announcement, the revised prospectus will provide further information about the transition of its underlying business from a partnership organisation, which has been operating since 1998, to a newly incorporated public limited company in 2026.

The company’s board of directors said the resubmission was intended to enhance transparency, ensure regulatory compliance, protect investors and support informed investment decisions.

SE Fruits clarified that withdrawing the current application was a procedural step and did not mean the company was abandoning its IPO plans. It said it remained committed to accessing Pakistan’s capital markets and intended to reapply after completing the revised prospectus and the applicable regulatory process.

Based in Sargodha, SE Fruits is an export-oriented, Shariah-compliant company engaged in the export of kinnow, mangoes and potatoes.

The company said further developments regarding the revised IPO application and its timetable would be communicated through official channels. It advised investors to rely on official company announcements for confirmed information.
