LAHORE: Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Imran Amin, conducted a comprehensive inspection of several ongoing mega projects on Saturday to review construction progress and ensure timely completion.

The CEO was accompanied by Executive Director Technical Riaz Hussain, Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, Director Construction Asif Babar, Director Architecture and Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, along with senior officials from NESPAK and representatives of the contractors.

During detailed briefings at the project sites, officials apprised the CEO of key technical milestones achieved. At CBD Vertex, finishing works are progressing rapidly, with the installation of exterior elevation tiles and digital screens nearing completion. Epoxy flooring and the advanced parking management system are also in the final stages.

At CBD Walk, the grey structures of all units have been completed, while exterior elevation tile installation is progressing swiftly.

At NSIT City, the main structure of the central entrance gate has been completed, with construction of the entrance passage nearing its final stage. Façade work on the multi-storey Celestia IT & Office Tower is also progressing rapidly.

Following the site inspections, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin chaired a detailed progress review meeting to assess project timelines, structural integrity and architectural standards. He directed all concerned officers, consultants and contractors to ensure completion of the projects within the stipulated timelines while maintaining the highest standards of construction quality.

Emphasizing CBD Punjab’s vision, Imran Amin said that the Authority is playing a pivotal role in promoting economic growth and developing modern urban infrastructure across Punjab. He stressed that timely, durable and high-quality execution of development projects remains a key priority to provide world-class facilities for investors and the public.
