ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred and posted around 200 officers of Inland Revenue Service (BS-18-20) under transformation plan and enforcement drive against tax evaders with immediate effect.
In this regard, the FBR has issued two notifications on Sunday.

According to an office order of the FBR, Farhat Qayum (Inland Revenue Service/ BS-20) has been given new assignment as Director General (OPS), Anti Benami Initiatives, Islamabad and Adnan Inamullah Khan (Inland Revenue Service/ BS-20) would work as Director General (OPS) (Special Initiatives), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad.
Through another notification, the FBR has also transferred and posted 119 tax officials of IRS.
Under the exercise, the FBR has transferred and posted 80 tax officials as well as 119 Deputy Commissioners Inland Revenue have been given new assignments.
