ISLAMABAD/PESHAWAR: US Consulate General Peshawar has been closed and responsibility for diplomatic engagement with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has transferred to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Unit (KPU) at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad.
According to an official statement issued by US Consulate General at X handle, the US Consulate Peshawar page is no longer active.
The US Consulate General said, “We invite you to continue following us on the US Embassy’s pages on Facebook, Instagram, and X. You can also find information about our ongoing diplomatic efforts to foster trade and commercial ties, strengthen security cooperation, and build partnership with the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and across Pakistan on the official website of the US Embassy in Pakistan”.
