ISLAMABAD: The federal government has accepted the resignation of Ehsan ul Haq Leghari from the post of Member IRSA Sindh under Water Division, in terms of Section 4(5) of the IRSA Act, 1992, with effect from May 6, 2026.

According to the notification, issued by the Ministry of Water Resources, in terms of Section 4(7) of IRSA Act No XXII of 1992, Secretary, Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh will act as Member IRSA Sindh till the appointment of regular Member IRSA Sindh.
