KARACHI: Trinasolar, a global leader in smart PV and energy storage, is launching its latest high-power and high-efficiency solar module, the Vertex N G3 760W series, in Pakistan.

With one of the highest power outputs in the market, the module is designed to meet strong market demand for 700W+ modules across utility, commercial and industrial (C&I) and residential applications. The product will be launched at Solar Pakistan Lahore Expo, 17-19 April.

Trinasolar has been an early mover in this space, introducing its first 700W+ module in 2024. To date, it has supplied over 500MW of such modules in Pakistan, primarily supporting C&I and residential installations. This comes as Pakistan solar market continues to expand rapidly.

Amid ongoing global energy supply shocks, experts note that Pakistan’s rapid solar adoption has helped cushion the impact, reinforcing the role of renewables in strengthening energy security. In many areas, distributed solar is increasingly contributing to daytime power supply, reflecting the pace of deployment and reinforcing demand for higher-wattage modules that maximize output per installation.

The Vertex N G3 (NEG21C.20Q) builds on this momentum by offering one of the highest performing modules currently available. Built on Trinasolar’s advanced n-type i-TOPCon Ultra cell technology, the Vertex N G3 delivers up to 760W of high wattage power output and 24.3% efficiency. Its optimized voltage-to-current ratio allows for lower operating voltage and higher string power, reducing the number of modules required per installation and lowering balance of system (BOS) and levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) by 2–3% compared with standard module configurations.

“In Pakistan’s high heat and dusty conditions, reliability matters as much as output,” added Mr. Saleem Diwan, Director of Diwan International, Pakistan’s trusted solar panels & inverter supplier since 1972. “There is strong interest in solutions that can deliver both performance and durability over the long term.”

Alongside the 760W series model, Trinasolar is also introducing the Vertex N G3 670W which is a lighter and narrower module variant designed for rooftop applications where space and structural load are considerations.

Both modules will be available from Q3 2026 with Trinasolar showcasing its broader portfolio and energy storage solutions including the Elementa 3 battery system, at the Solar Pakistan Expo in Lahore.

The company continues to reinforce its commitment as a provider of integrated solar and storage energy solutions, supporting Pakistan’s growing demand for reliable renewable energy solutions.
