KARACHI: Travel Designer (Pvt) Limited Managing Director Muhammad Ali Marfani has flagged Pakistan Travel Mart 2026 (PTM-2026) as a landmark event for Pakistan’s tourism industry, highlighting its role in shaping the future of travel through innovation, sustainability and global connectivity.

At the Karachi Expo Centre, the three-day exhibition brought together leading travel companies, international partners and industry stakeholders under one roof.

Welcoming participants, partners, exhibitors and distinguished guests, the Managing Director stated the event reflects Pakistan’s growing ambition to position itself as a forward-looking and globally connected tourism destination.

He said as a Silver Sponsor and co-operative partner with Saudi Tourism Authority, Travel Designer played a key role in promoting Saudi Arabia as a premier destination for Pakistani travelers.

A major highlight of the event was the “Saudi Flash Windows,” where exclusive Saudi travel packages were launched, featuring special pricing and value-added offers such as complimentary nights, transfers, visa support, and airline incentives.

“Saudi By the Trade — For the Trade” remained a central theme, emphasizing strong business-to-business collaboration and expanding tourism ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The second day of PTM-2026 witnessed significant engagement with visitors who were offered up to 20% discounted vouchers for top Saudi destinations including Jeddah, Riyadh, AlUla, Aseer, AlBaha, and Taif.

The day also featured interactive sessions with leading travel influencers, a cake-cutting ceremony, and a live lucky draw announcement for an “Umrah Plus” package in the presence of senior management.

On the final day, the excitement peaked with a Saudi Flash Sale offering exclusive discounts to registered participants.

The exhibition floor became a hub of networking and collaboration, where ideas transformed into meaningful partnerships.

The event concluded with a grand live lucky draw titled “Discover Saudi Arabia: Culture, Nature & More,” further energizing attendees and strengthening tourism linkages.

The Managing Director emphasized that PTM-2026 successfully fostered collaboration between industry leaders, travel influencers, and global tourism bodies, reinforcing the importance of trade-driven travel initiatives.

Ali remarked that Pakistan Travel Mart is not just an exhibition—it is a platform where innovation meets opportunity, and partnerships turn into progress. Such initiatives will continue to elevate Pakistan’s standing in the global tourism landscape.
