LAHORE: A city magistrate on Monday restored the frozen bank accounts of Youtuber Saadur Rehman alias Ducky Bhai in a case of promoting gambling apps on social media.
The magistrate adjourned the hearing till March 11 as the prosecutor failed to appear before him.
The magistrate also granted him limited permission to upload videos on his Youtube channel and said that the Youtuber must not discuss the sub-judice matter on his channel.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) raised objections to 27 videos uploaded on the suspect’s channel.
The magistrate direct the NCCIA not to delete those videos at this stage.
The NCCIA had registered the case against several YouTubers and Tiktokers including Duki Bhai on charges of promoting gambling apps on their social media accounts.
