PEC, CEEC ink MoU

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and China Energy International Group Company Limited – Pakistan Branch (CEEC) signed a high-impact Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on January 14, 2026 at Energy China Office, Islamabad.

Under this MoU, PEC-registered Pakistani engineers will be formally inducted into Energy China’s mega infrastructure, power, renewable energy, hydropower, transmission, transport and investment projects across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe, creating direct global employment and skills transfer pathways for Pakistan’s engineering workforce.
