Phase III: Applications sought under Green Tractors Programme

LAHORE: The Punjab Agriculture Department on Friday announced that farmers can submit applications under the Green Tractors Program Phase III until January 20, 2026.

According to a department spokesperson, the initiative is being implemented on the special directions of the Chief Minister of Punjab to facilitate farmers by providing modern agricultural machinery at subsidised rates.

Under the program, tractors with engine capacities ranging from 50 to 65 horsepower are being offered on subsidy. Farmers owning five acres or more of agricultural land are eligible to apply.
