SSGC shareholders elect new board on 3-year term

KARACHI: Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) held an Extraordinary General Meeting here on Tuesday, during which shareholders elected a new Board of Directors for a three-year term, effective December 24, 2025.

At the meeting, shareholders also approved the minutes of the company’s 71st Annual General Meeting, which had been held on November 27, 2025. In accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017, eleven members were elected to serve on the Board.

The newly elected directors include Zuhair Siddiqui, Asif Inam, Saira Najeeb Ahmed, Usman Ahmed Chaudhry, Muhammad Dawood Bazai, Muhammad Akram, Muhammad Rehan Hashmi, Mohammad Ali Khan, Khalid Rahman, Salima Feerasta and Navaid Malik.
