ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has exempted special customs duty levied and collected as Export Development Surcharge on exportation of all goods with immediate effect.
In this regard, the FBR has issued an S.R.O.2335(I)/2025 here on Tuesday.

According to the notification, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Finance Act 1991, the Federal Government has exempted whole of the special customs duty levied and collected as Export Development Surcharge on exportation of all goods under sub-section (l) of section 11 of the Act, with immediate effect.
