DUBAI: Saudi Arabian oil company Aramco reported a decline of around 2% in third-quarter profit on Tuesday, mainly due to lower revenue as crude and product prices fell.
The world’s top oil exporter reported a net profit of 101.02 billion riyals ($26.94 billion) in the three months ended September 30, lower than the 103.4 billion riyals the company booked in the same period a year earlier, it said in a statement.
