KARACHI: Gold prices on Friday continued to grow on the local market, traders said. The precious metals went up by Rs1100 to Rs214400 per tola and Rs943 to Rs183813 per 10 grams.

Silver was selling for Rs2580 per tola and Rs2211.93 per 10 grams. International price of silver was quoted as $22.70 per ounce. On the world market, gold prices stood for $2005 per ounce with a $20 premium on the local market bullion trade, traders said.
