BENGALURU: Metals led Indian shares higher amid a rebound in global stocks, as US Treasury yields eased and crude oil prices moderated below $90 per barrel.

The NSE Nifty 50 index was up 0.25% at 19,329.35 as of 9:16 a.m. IST, and the S&P BSE Sensex rose 0.28% to 65,744.08.
