KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 14.858 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,483.
Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.279 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.278 billion), Gold (PKR 2.790 billion), Crude Oil amounting to (PKR 1.468 billion), followed by DJ (PKR 1.202 billion), Silver (PKR 1.132 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 713.566 million), Platinum (PKR 484.022 million), SP 500 (PKR 260.386 million), Palladium (PKR 154.462 million), Copper (PKR 72.245 million), Japan Equity (PKR 11.365 million) and Brent (PKR 10.908 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 5 lots of Cotton amounting to (PKR 7.199 million) were traded.
