FSC to hear Riba case on April 4

ISLAMABAD: The full bench of Federal Shariat Court (FSC) after hearing of Riba Case in the bench registry of FSC at Karachi on Monday adjourned the matter and decided to hear the case on April 4 at principal seat of FSC.

According to the press release, the full bench of FSC comprising of Chief Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai, Justice Dr Syed Muhammad Anwer and Justice Khadim Hussain M. Shakih continued hearing on March 25-26. Ahmed Ali from Meezan Bank appeared before the court and gave a detailed presentation on Islamic banking system and replacement of conventional banking with the Islamic banking system.
