KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 8.114 billion and the number of lots traded at 7,660.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 2.605 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.863 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.181 billion), Copper (PKR 627.308 million), NSDQ 100 (PKR 594.486 billion), Silver (PKR 551.289 million), DJ (PKR 232.406 million), Platinum (PKR 214.548 million), Natural Gas (PKR 185.145 million) and SP 500 (PKR 58.489 million).
In Agriculture Commodities, 7 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 5.387 million were traded.
