KARACHI: Gold prices on Wednesday gained a huge increase on the local market, traders said.
The precious metal soared by Rs2,850 to Rs112,750 per tola. With Rs2,443 surge, gold per 10 grams stood at Rs96,665 on domestic levels. It was selling for $1,907 per ounce on the world market.
Silver was selling for Rs1,480 per tola, up by Rs20; Rs1,268.66 per 10 grams, up by Rs17.15 and $28.10 per ounce, traders said.
