Gold falls slightly

KARACHI: Gold prices on Wednesday saw a slight fall of Rs200 per tola on the local market, traders said.

The fresh fall of Rs200 in the yellow metal price has brought further down its value to Rs112650 per tola.

Gold per 10 grams also was available for Rs96750 on the domestic market.

The precious metal was quoted trading for $1834 per ounce, down by $16 on the world market. Silver was selling for Rs1380 per tola, down by Rs20; Rs1183.12 per 10 grams, down by Rs17.15 and $26.68 per ounce, traders said.
