LAHORE: The Punjab government has appointed 10 officers in the newly-created South Punjab secretariat and the service and general administration also issued a notification on Monday.
According to the notification, Momin Agha from Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS BS-21), Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Government of the Punjab, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Home Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in addition to his own duties and till the posting of a regular incumbent. Mumammad Ajmal Bhatti, Special Secretary, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as Secretary Health Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in his own pay and scale against a newly-created post. Rana Obaid Ullah Anwar, Additional Secretary Budget, Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as Secretary Finance Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in his own pay & scale against a newly-created post till 31.12.2020.
Shoaib Iqbal Syed, Provincial Management (PMS) Programme Director, Punjab Resource Management Program (PRMP), was transferred with immediate effect and posted as Secretary Planning & Development Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in his own pay & scale against a newly-created post. Raja Khurram Shahzad Umar, Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab, Lahore, has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as Secretary, Local Government & Community Development Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in his own pay & scale against a newly created post.
Liaqat Ali Chatha (PMS Officer on Special Duty), Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab was posted as Secretary, Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department, South Punjab Secretariat, with immediate effect in his own pay & scale against a newly created post.
Saqib Ali Ateel (PMS), Commissioner, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Multan has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as Secretary Agriculture Department, South Punjab Secretariat, against a newly-created post.
Aftab Ahmad Pirzada (PMS), Additional Commissioner (Coordination), Bahawalpur has been transferred and posted as Secretary Livestock & Dairy Development Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in his own pay & scale against a newly-created post.
Nosheen Malik (PAS), Director Development & Finance, Bahawalpur, was transferred with immediate effect and posted as Secretary Services & General Administration Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in her own pay & scale against a newly-created post.
Nazir Ahmad Gajana, Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, was entrusted the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Law Department, South Punjab Secretariat, in addition to his own duties and till the posting of a regular incumbent.
