Cotton rises to near 2-week high on technical buying, weak dollar

Cotton contracts for December rose 0.15 cent, or 0.2%, to 66.10 cents per lb,
Certificated cotton stocks deliverable as of Sept. 25 totaled 12,155 480-lb bales, up from 10,484 in the previous session.

Paris wheat follows US markets up, Russian drop caps gains

Benchmark December milling wheat on the Paris-based Euronext closed up 1.0 euro or 0.5% at 193.25 euros ($225.23) a tonne after falling to its lowest.
Chicago most active wheat was up more than 1% in early Monday trade.

Ivory Coast 2019/20 cocoa port arrivals seen at 2.074mn T by Sept. 27

About 2,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 4,000 tonnes to San Pedro between Sept. 21 to Sept. 27 for a total of 6,000 tonnes, up from 4,000 tonnes during the same week last year.

Corn, wheat fall ahead of USDA crop forecasts, soy flat

Chicago Board of Trade most-active corn fell 0.6pc to $3.62-3/4 a bushel at 1042 GMT, wheat was 0.6pc down at $5.41 a bushel. Soybeans edged up 0.05pc to $10.03 a bushel.
