PARIS: European Union soybean imports in the 2018/19 season that started last July totalled 13.7 million tonnes (mn t) by June 2, up 8pc compared with the same stage last year, data published by the European Commission on Monday showed.
EU 2018/19 soymeal imports were at 16.4 mln t, down 6pc percent from a year earlier.
EU 2018/19 palm oil imports were at 5.83 mln t, down 1pc from a year earlier.
