KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi on Thursday received a large number of complains against land, builders related frauds and government officials of different departments.
During an open court (Khuli Kachehri) held at the NAB Karachi office under the supervision of NAB Karachi Director General (DG) Brig. (Retd.) Farooq Naser Awan, the citizens submitted complaints against land frauds committed by government officials in connivance with private persons and complaints against Cooperative Societies managements.
NAB Karachi DG issued orders for Complaint Verification against AL-Manzil Builders, AL-Hera Builders, Sadaf Cooperative Society, Kareem Cooperative Housing Society, Nadeem Housing Society, Rufi Builders, Sindh Govt Employees Housing, Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Cottage housing society, Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).
The open court was held in compliance with NAB Chairman's initiative "Zero Tolerance against Corruption".
The open court will also be conducted every last Thursday of every month at NAB office.
