KARACHI: Sindh Senior Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that October 27, 1947, is a black day in the history of IIOJK and South Asia.
India entered IIOJK with nefarious intentions and violated the rights of the IIOJK people. Even today, the Kashmiri people are fighting for their fundamental rights, and their sacrifices demand justice from the global conscience.
In his message on the occasion of Kashmir Black Day on October 27, Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Sindh government and the people of Sindh stand with their Kashmiri brothers and sisters.
The events being held across Sindh reflect the commitment that the people of Pakistan stand with the Kashmiri people in their struggle.
He said that Pakistan would continue to support the right to self-determination of the IIOJK people. The United Nations and the international community should play an effective role in implementing their resolutions and ensuring a just resolution of the IIOJK issue.
