Four NTU Faisalabad Faculty members named among world’s top 2pc of scientists

FAISALABAD: Bringing pride to National Textile University Faisalabad, four distinguished faculty members have been named among the World’s Top two percent Scientists in the prestigious list released by Stanford University. The recognition is awarded based on research excellence, citations and lifetime contribution to their respective fields.

Prof Dr Hafsa Jamshed, Chairperson, Department of Textile Engineering, Field: Materials Science, Dr Zulfiqar Ali Raza, Chairman, Department of Applied Sciences, Field Polymers - Global Rank: 655 - No.1 Outstanding Scientist NTU, Dr Salman Raza, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Field: Networking and Computer Science, Prof Dr Muhammad Asif, Dean, School of Science, Field: Energy & Thermal Systems - Global Rank: 3721, The Rector / Vice Chancellor of National Textile University Faisalabad, Prof Dr Rashid Masood congratulated all the award-winning faculty members. He said this achievement is a testament to their hard work, dedication to research, and commitment to innovation. It is a moment of great pride for the entire NTU family, he added.
