KARACHI: Lucky Investments Limited has launched the Lucky Islamic Capital Protected Fund Plan I (LICPFP I), a Shariah-compliant investment plan with a two-year duration that aims to provide investors with potential capital growth while focusing on protecting their principal through dynamic asset allocation.

According to the company’s announcement, its subscription period runs from October 9 to October 30, 2026.

The fund will dynamically allocate investments between Shariah-compliant listed equity securities and Shariah-compliant money market and fixed-income instruments. The strategy is designed to provide investors with exposure to potential equity market growth while maintaining a focus on principal protection over the investment plan’s duration.

The plan has a medium-risk profile, with a minimum initial investment of Rs5,000 and subsequent investments starting from Rs1,000.

Commenting on the launch, Mohammad Shoaib, CFA, Chief Executive Officer of Lucky Investments Limited, said the plan was designed for investors seeking growth opportunities while remaining mindful of capital protection. He said the fund uses a disciplined and dynamic asset allocation approach and reflects the company’s focus on Shariah-compliant investment solutions and professional investment management.

Shoaib added that Lucky Investments would continue expanding its product range to cater to different investor objectives, risk profiles and investment horizons while maintaining its commitment to governance and investor trust.

The company said the launch adds to its range of Shariah-compliant mutual funds and pension solutions, which cover money market, income, equity, dividend yield, energy, pension and capital-protected investment categories.
