ISLAMABAD: The Law and Justice Division has issued a notification entrusting the look-after charge of the post of Chairman, Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR), Islamabad, to Muhammad Akram, Member, ATIR, Bench-I, Islamabad.
According to Notification No. F.1(1)/2015-A.IV dated 16th July, 2026, issued with the approval of the Secretary, Law and Justice Division, the arrangement takes effect immediately and will remain in force until the expiry of the Ex-Pakistan leave of the Chairman, i.e., 26th July, 2026.
The notification has been issued for publication in the next issue of the Gazette of Pakistan, Part-I, and has been endorsed to the Secretary/Chairman, Revenue Division/FBR, Islamabad; Muhammad Akram; the Assistant/Deputy Registrars of ATIR at Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar; and the Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR), Islamabad, besides being placed on record.
