ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) camp in Karachi, praising the security forces for successfully thwarting the assault.

In separate statements, both leaders said the attack was carried out by the Indian proxy group Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and lauded the Rangers for their swift and courageous response, describing it as a reflection of professionalism and unwavering commitment to duty.

The president and the prime minister paid tribute to the three Rangers personnel who embraced martyrdom while defending the camp. They expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the attack.

President Zardari said that terrorist elements backed by external forces would never succeed in achieving their malicious objectives, reaffirming the nation’s resolve to defeat terrorism.

PM Shehbaz Sharif said that the people of Pakistan stand shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces, Rangers and all law enforcement agencies in the fight against terrorism. He reiterated that the fight against terrorism would continue with full determination until the menace is completely eradicated.

Meanwhile the Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has strongly condemned the attack carried out by Indian proxy terrorists on the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) camp in Karachi.

?The Interior minister paid tribute to the three brave sons of the nation who embraced martyrdom while courageously confronting the terrorists.

He said that the valiant personnel of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) acted promptly and effectively, eliminating three Indian proxy terrorists and foiling their nefarious designs.

?Mohsin Naqvi stated that the brave personnel who embraced martyrdom while thwarting the attack are heroes of the entire nation. Their unmatched sacrifice further strengthens the nation’s unwavering resolve. The sacrifices of the martyrs will always be remembered.
