ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister and President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party, Abdul Aleem Khan, has warmly welcomed the historic United States-Iran peace deal, terming it a monumental milestone towards ensuring regional and global harmony.
In a statement, Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan emphasised that this breakthrough extends far beyond regional dynamics, marking a vital step forward for international peace and strategic stability.
He expressed immense optimism regarding the upcoming formal signing and verification of the peace accord scheduled for June 19, noting that it has ignited a fresh ray of hope for the de-escalation of global conflicts.
Paying rich tributes to the country’s leadership, Abdul Aleem Khan lauded the tireless diplomatic endeavors of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
He stated that their steadfast commitment and commendable efforts in mediating this historic outcome have earned global recognition for Pakistan. “It is a matter of immense pride for the entire nation that Pakistan’s civil and military leadership is being globally acclaimed for their constructive role,” the Federal Minister remarked.
He added that the international community’s acknowledgment of Pakistan’s positive contributions reflects the country’s growing diplomatic stature. Reaffirming Pakistan’s core foreign policy principles, Abdul Aleem Khan stated that Pakistan has consistently championed the cause of peace, constructive dialogue, and proactive diplomacy.
