KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Local Government, Housing and Town Planning, Nasir Hussain Shah, said that in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) there is perhaps the only provincial government in the world that blocks roads and highways, creating difficulties and hardships for its own people. He stated that medical treatment is the right of the founder of PTI, and whenever doctors deemed it necessary, he was taken to the hospital.
He expressed these views while speaking to the media at the foundation stone–laying ceremony of a private charitable hospital in Sukkur.
Referring to President Asif Ali Zardari, he said that Zardari spent 14 years in prison and there is hardly any jail in the country where he was not kept. During his imprisonment, he was also subjected to torture. He added that the current situation is a short spell, whereas President Zardari endured a long and difficult imprisonment.
