KARACHI: The Karachi Port Trust handled 195,115 Tons of cargo comprising 113,580 Tons of import cargo and 81,535 Tons of export cargo during last 24hrs ending at 0700 Hours.
The total import cargo of 113,580 Tons comprised of 56,017 Tons of Containerized Cargo, 3,170 Tons of Lentils, 5,711 Tons of Rock Phosphate and 48,682 Tons of Liquid Cargo.
The total export cargo of 81,535 Tons comprised of 31,553 Tons of Containerized Cargo, 318 Tons of Bulk Cargo, 44,664 Tons of Clinkers and 5,000 Tons of Clinkers.
There are four ships namely Kang Huan, Kmtc Mombasa, Oocl Atlanta and Hmm Ocean on Berth at Karachi Port Trust.
Eight ships namely Seaspan Santos, APL Yangshan, Southern Unicorn, New challenger, Yongheng, Sibi, X-Press Bardsey and GFS Genesis Sailed from Karachi Port Trust.
