NEW DELHI: Brazil’s Petrobras is looking to buy stakes in African oil assets, mainly in Namibia, South Africa and Angola, to make up for lower output from its existing portfolio, its director for exploration and production, Sylvia dos Anjos, said on Wednesday at the India Energy Week conference.
