KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 36.190 billion and the number of lots traded was 27,327.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 21.747 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 5.137 billion), Silver (PKR 2.927 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.358 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.770 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.263 billion), DJ (PKR 274.956 million), Copper (PKR 242.618 million), Natural Gas (PKR 202.983 million), SP 500 (PKR 163.299 million), Japan Equity (PKR 64.206 million) and Brent (PKR 37.109 million).

In Agricultural commodities, 13 lots amounting to PKR 117.950 million were traded.
