KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 32.785 billion and the number of lots traded was 29,664. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 18.890 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.172 billion), Silver (PKR 2.832 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.200 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.761 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.415 billion), Copper (PKR 403.779 million), DJ (PKR 389.871 million), SP 500 (PKR 274.506 million), Natural Gas (PKR 256.592 million), Japan Equity (PKR 95.114 million, Palladium (PKR 58.686 million), Brent (PKR 27.116 million) and Aluminum (PKR 7.544 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 20 lots amounting to PKR 20.560 million were traded.
