Tara Group playing vital role in agri research: Chairman

LAHORE: Chairman Tara Group Pakistan Dr Khalid Hameed has stated that Tara Group is playing a revolutionary role in the growth of agriculture sector as well as for the prosperity of farming community by producing latest technologies of international quality pesticides, macro-micro fertilizers and hi-tech seeds for enhancing the productivity of major & crops.

Addressing the Annual Tara Sales Convention 2023, held at Lahore, Dr Khalid Hameed Stated that playing vital role in Agriculture Research Tara Group has not only developed environment and farmers friendly technologies but also took lead in evolving climate resilient single, double and multi-gene GMO Cotton Seed varieties which would bring revolution by enhancing significant increase in per acre cotton yield and would be helpful to decrease the production cost of farmers.

He further stated that recently the important responsibility given to Tara Group by the Govt. in Pak Army’s Green Pakistan Project by allotting 9000 acres land to be developed under Corporate Farming is a great honour of Tara Group.
