KARACHI: Gold prices on Monday posted a sizeable increase on the local market, traders said.
The yellow metal grew by Rs1250 to Rs209600 per tola and Rs1072 to Rs179698 per 10 grams. Silver was traded for Rs2550 per tola and Rs2186.21 per 10 grams.
On the world market, gold was available for $2001 per ounce and silver for $23.33 per ounce, traders said.
