Gold, silver prices down

KARACHI: Gold and silver prices on Thursday saw a fall in local market, traders said. Gold prices declined by Rs 2,800 to Rs 220200 per tola and Rs 2,401 to Rs 188786 per 10 grams.

Silver was traded for Rs 2,750 per tola and Rs 2,357.68 per 10 grams, going down by Rs 50 and Rs 48.86, separately.

On the world market, gold prices stood for $1936 per ounce and silver for $23.62 per ounce, traders said.
