KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 15.629 billion and the number of lots traded 13,907.
Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 4.829 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 3.134 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.219 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.947 billion), DJ (PKR 1.857 billion), Platinum (PKR 567.795 million), Silver (PKR 449.889 million), Copper (PKR 284.787 million), SP 500 (PKR 183.137 million), Natural Gas (PKR 146.465 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 9.513 million). In Agricultural commodities, 2 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.213 million were traded.
