KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 8.615 billion and the number of lots traded 9,571.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3.401 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 2.384 billion, silver PKR 776.355 million, NSDQ 100 PKR 739.623 million, DJ PKR 613.613 million, platinum PKR 228.545 million, crude oil PKR 184.960 million, natural gas PKR 181.093 million, copper PKR 86.234 million and SP500 PKR 19.569 million.
