Ghayas Zahid has become the first Pakistani origin to play in the UEFA Champions League.

The 23-year-old made his Champions league debut against defending champions Real Madrid on Wednesday.

However, the Madrid easily won the game thanks to goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos. Ronaldo nets twice in the game.

He is a Norwegian footballer of Pakistani descent who plays as a midfielder for Cypriot club APOEL. He has represented Norway at youth international level.
