Sindh government has ordered some transfers and postings in the province with immediate effect. Accordingly, Saeed Ahmed Awan, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-19), Director Industries Sindh has been transferred and posted as DCO Ghotki, in his own pay and scale, vice Baqaullah Unar transferred and directed to report to SGA&CD for further orders.
Ali Ahmed Sether, an officer of Board of Revenue, Sindh, EDO Finance & Planning, Badin, has been transferred and directed to report to his parent department ie Board of Revenue, Sindh for further orders. Abdul Hameed Abro, an officer of Income Tax Group (BS-18), EDO Community Development, Badin, shall hold the charge of the post of Executive District Officer (Finance & Planning), Badin in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Meanwhile, the provincial law department has, in pursuance of SGA&CD departments notification and movement order issued by High Court of Sindh, Ms Romana Siddiqui, Additional District & Sessions Judge, (BS-20) has assumed the charge of the post of Deputy Secretary (Opinion) (BS-20), Law Department Karachi in the forenoon of 23rd February 2008.
According to another notification, Governor Sindh has appointed Muhammad Bachal Tunio, Senior Advocate Larkana as Additional Advocate General Sindh at Larkana, in place of Ghulam Dastigir Shahani, elevated to High Court of Sindh, on the terms and conditions as admissible under the rules, with immediate effect.
