pplKARACHI: The board of directors of Pakistan Petroleum Ltd (PPL) has declared 2nd interim dividend of Rs5 per share on fully paid ordinary shares for the period ending June 30, 2011.

According to PPL communique sent to KSE here Tuesday, share book of the company will remain closed from June 29, 2011 to July 7, 2011.
