RECORDER REPORT: KSE close of day

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed on Friday having 29737.69 shares with a positive change of 194.11 and volume of 240,941,210 shares.

High and Low were 29855.24 and 29543.58 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 330,814,860 shares with 372 total traded companies out of which 164 were up, 191 were down and 17 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 55,725,600 shares. It was followed by Construction and Materials (Cement) with a total traded volume of 80,211,800 shares.
