KARACHI: The first ODI between Asian rival Pakistan and India started at Chennai.

 

Pakistan won the toss and decided to field at first one day international (ODI) at Chennai, media reported on Sunday.

 

According to the details, captain Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and offered India to bat first.
Toss was delayed by an hour due to rain and damp pitch. The pitch was covered with grass and the overcast conditions made the decision at the toss straightforward.
Despite the delay, there was no reduction in the number of overs.
