KARACHI: On Wednesday until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 14,597.50 with a positive change of 85.43 and volume of 22,701,780 shares. High and Low were 14603.28 and 14507.30 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 29,942,680 shares with 173 total traded companies out of which 111 were up, 47 were down and 15 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials (Cement) sector was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 7,381,900 shares. It was followed by Chemicals sector with a total traded volume of 6,157,900 shares.

The three top traded companies were Jah.Sidd. Co. with a volume of 3,526,000 and price per share of 15.69 (0.52), D.G.K.Cement with a volume of 2,668,500 and price per share of 45.50 (0.56) and Fauji Fertilizer with a volume of 2,568,200 and price per share of 119.00 (1.57).

The top three advancers were Millat Tractors with price per share of 511.00 (7.28), AL-Ghazi Tractor with price per share of 220.00 (6.18) and Attock Petroleum with price share of 482.00 (3.96).

The top three decliners were UniLever Pak with price per share of 7325.00 (-25.00), Sanofi-Aventis Pak with price per share of 191.20 (-8.85) and Exide (PAK) with price per share of 167.00 (-4.00).
