In his condolence message, the President termed his demise as a great loss on religious and political spectrum of the country.

He lauded his services as a prolific religious scholar and a veteran politician who served his party with strong devotion, dedication and commitment leading it for over two decades.

He recalled his numerous meetings with late Qazi Hussain Ahmed and said that he was impressed with his forthrightness, sincerity and commitment.

The President expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family.

He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and to give courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
