The Grand Trunk Road (GT Road) from Rawalpindi to Kharian remaind under dense fog for the last few days, a private news channel reported.

Met office has predicted that cold wave will prevail in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Sahiwal divisions during next few days.

Met office said that weather will remain cold and dry during the next 12 hours in most parts of the country while parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and southern parts of Balochistan will remain in grip of severe cold wave.
